1. Where SMS Opt-In Occurs
End users opt in to SMS when creating or managing a Yeal.ai account and enabling the optional Phone & SMS feature. The public reviewer flow is available at https://yeal-ai.com/sms-opt-in. The user enters a mobile phone number and actively selects a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
SMS enrollment is optional. Users may complete account setup and use the platform without selecting the SMS consent checkbox. This public page provides a reviewer-accessible version of the consent interaction and does not send or store a message.
2. Reviewer-Visible Consent Flow
The reviewer can enter a phone number, inspect the complete disclosure, select the optional checkbox, and continue without an account or password.

- Message frequency varies based on conversations and account activity.

4. Terms And Privacy
SMS terms are included in the Terms of Service. SMS privacy language is included in the Privacy Policy, including that mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
